why does lastpass remove a password and replace with another password?
I can replace it with correct password and save. Next time I open it , its back to wrong password.

If you are using a Chrome browser and you find a password in Chrome for the site or login being replaced disable or delete the password in the Chrome browser. This has caught me several times.
