Frequent Prompts to Add New LastPass Entry

LastPass has been prompting me to add new logins/passwords to my vault for routine work actions where there is no potential for a new login/password. 20-30 times daily. Very annoying. Anyone else seeing this? Are there settings that I can edit?

Okay, think I found it. Go into "Advanced Options" and turn off "Use improved save and fill." It is anything but improved - a hug pain in the butt. Can't believe they haven't fixed that.

This should be a very easy fix for LastPass. But they don't 'fix' it issue. Why wouldn't they fix it? To me, they must want the capture of EVERYTHING to be that way.
