I set up a new premium account in order to get the report but the account is with the email address
b**@s**e**o**.**.**
The issue comes and goes – earlier I logged out and back in a couple of times and then I could see the date. This has been happening for a while.
The other issue I had was that I could see no way of raising a report other than the way I did, and it wasn’t clear that anyone would respond. Thanks for your response.
Also, if I decide to switch to premium, can I import all my data from my free account, and if I change my mind, can I get it back again?

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Are you referring to an account under a different email address than the one you used on this platform? If so, please reply and tag me with the correct account or contact our support team to avoid posting your email address here.

You can upgrade to premium and then import your vault data from the old account. You can see the full process on this article. By exporting your vault from the old account, you are downloading a copy and therefore you will not be losing any data in case you want to continue with the old one.
Regarding your main issue, I am glad that you were able to see your information properly again. If it persists, please follow our basic troubleshooting steps and contact our customer support team if this does not solve it.
