Per checking your account, we could see there is a recent master password change. Since the change, no logins were saved/registered via the mobile app or browser extension (depending on chosen device type) to be able to perform the account recovery.
In this case, if you remember the previous master password, you can revert to that version. Please, check the steps and details in:
