Additional Fields - No Longer Filling

With the latest extension (Chrome), LastPass is no longer filling additional saved fields. I have several logins that have 3 or 4 fields which previously worked perfectly. Now only two fields are filling. User name and password. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the browser extension. And even deleted and recreated the logins. The information shows as saved if I open the LastPass login to edit but the additional fields are not filling in.

Same here, and this is also impacting everyone across multiple clients who utilize LastPass to fill out multiple fields. Even brand new "save all entered information" will save all fields but then will only autofill username and password fields.

For example: Wellsfargo and Paylocity. They have three fields - CompanyID, Username, Password. Username and password fill out. CompanyID does not. Save all entered information will still successfully capture all the fields, just not insert into CompanyID after reloading the page. Doesn't matter if we manually add the field or not, it will not work. This was working fine at least a couple of weeks ago.

Tested in Chrome and Edge (which is basically Chrome).
