Help, I am using my friends account to ask a question because I cannot log in on any of my devices as it is sending me an email that I cannot check. I have my Master Password and it is correct but I cannot check that email.

We are working on additional process' for this situation in order to support customers who can no longer access their account email address.

If you'd like help clearing an IP address or new device, you can currently contact us through Facebook, Instagram and X platforms by locating the LastPass accounts therein.
