Multifactor using the lastpass authenticator has stopped working. I am not receiving any emails from the link to recover my account.
Today when I attempted to login to lastpass it asked me to authenticate via MFA.
- Apparently the lastpass authenticator on my phone doesn't give me the correct code and so it won't let me login.
- I then tried to use SMS passcode, but for some reason it won't send me the SMS passcode.
- I then tried to recover my password and it managed to send me the verification SMS (but it won't send me the SMS passcode).
- It asked me to use onetime password. I said yes and it asked me to authenticate again using MFA, which it won't accept. I chose the option to use SMS passcode and it won't send that either.
- I then chose the option to not use one-time password and it says recovery failed due to browser extension not installed (even though it is installed).
