Error: 'Check your master password and try again' in Chrome Extension Despite Correct Password

Question

I'm trying to copy a password from the Chrome extension. When the extension asks for the master password, I enter it in the input field and click the Continue button. I keep getting this error: "Check your master password and try again." I've tried multiple times with the correct password, but I still get the same error.

My master password is definitely correct.
