Same issue
I am having the same issue of the looping and not letting me in "with the app" vs. on the website. On the website, both on my phone and laptop, it allowed me to send myself an SMS code to get in. I recently had to change screen protectors and my fingerprint isn't registering now. And, my LastPass authenticator app is requiring a pin that I have no idea what it is, so I can't authenticate that way. When I am given the option to authenticate on the app through Google Authenticator, it keeps looping. So frustrating and really messing me up in critical times when I need my information.
Hi, everyone.
I apologize for the authentication issues you've encountered.
In some cases you may be able to disable your multifactor authentication method via email or SMS.
If you integrated LastPass' Authenticator, then you will need to use the 'Request help' button within that recovery article to create an email case for Customer Support to manually disable it after confirming your ID.
@iambreathingagain If you don't have MFA involved in your login, then it's likely a local issue with the web browser or area network connection. If you can test alternate browsers or networks to figure out which one might be causing the confusion, then you can troubleshoot further such as clearing the cookies, trying a private browsing window, or rebooting the LAN.
