I am trying to recover a free account. We have the master password. We have the email address. However, when we try to log in, we're told to look for an email but nothing is received. The email address IS working just fine. I reset another account and we did receive the email for that. I lodged a request to be contact by support but no one from support has contacted us. How can I proceed?
