@HeynerO_LP I've been having this issue myself for months now. Even on a new Desktop (last fall) and my even newer Laptop that I bought in March. Doesn't matter what I set it to, if I'm active in the browser it will log me out within minutes. Funny thing, if I log into lastPass and minimize my browser, or walk away from the desktop with the browser on the main screen, it will stay logged in for hours and never log out due to inactivity. I tend to keep it set to 5 minutes of inactivity to log out as an aside.
Honestly, I assumed it was passive aggressive crap being pulled by Google in order to get you to use their service. That said it's gotten very old over the last few months.
Hi, @paragonlostinspace
Can you please check your Trusted Devices list next?
We've also seen the re-authentication issue surface when other security plugins are being utilized in the same web browser.
This can even occur if you're using a VPN or IP blocker through the local area network.
This has been a VERY ANNOYING ISSUE that LASTPASS has had for QUITE SOME TIME. It has NOTHING TO DO with the BROWSER, COOKIES or the MACHINE, their Chrome Extension is VERY POORLY WRITTEN. Can you people PLEASE FIX THE DARN Chrome Extension! Give us the ability to SAVE THE PASSWORD AGAIN! Like we used to have some time ago! This thing is almost useless the way it is now. Almost every since reboot in all 3 of my browsers I keep having to log back in, takes up time that is complexly unnecessary. It does it on my Work machine, home machine, work laptop and home laptop. Even Android I have to keep logging back in! I am an IT Administrator with around 40 years of experience so I can tell you with authority that this issue has NOTHING TO DO with Cache, Cookies, machines, Firewalls or anything else the issue IS THE LASTPASS SOFTWARE! GIVE US BACK THE ABILITY TO SAVE THE PASSWORD!
