Me to…13 days later and NO resolution
LastPass advises me that this is unknown issue with the Safari extension and seems to happen each time Apple updates it’s iOS. They are working on a solution. The temporary fix is to use another browser like Google Chrome.
Update: I requested a phone call from LastPass support. They called me a few minutes later. They updated my account while I was on the phone, waited while I shut down my computer and logged back in. Sites launched without a problem. I use chrome.
This has happened to me several times and it resolves itself after a time. I don't know why. What I do is open settings for the site ( the wrench icon) and highlight the sites url, right click and select got to the site. when the site opens, LastPass logs me in. The problem happens on my

I believe your situation is different from mine.. Apparently Safari is causing LastPass fits. Their development team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.
