We cannot seem to see our billing history in the admin part, has we always get redirected to the renewal/payment form. So we cannot analyze our service costs to decide on our number of seats.

It sounds like you may not have the correct profile or allowances as an account administrator. If you do not have any other administrators in charge of the account who can double check your permissions, please use the Contact Support web portal to receive help from a billing specialist.
