Does "reset account" (https://lastpass.com/reset_account.php) mean that Advanced Account settings/MFA devices/phone numbers/domains/etc get wiped out?

When you reset your account some settings are permanently deleted, while some others aren't. You can find a list of the affected items on this support article.
