I have the exact same problem. In fact, EVERYTHING except passwords are missing (notes, bank accounts, payment cards).
I'm sorry about the sudden loss of access there.
Please start with these troubleshooting steps, then let us know if they were unsuccessful. Reverting the account to the last save point would be a final option.

If the items were removed within the last 30 days, you may try reverting back to that save point (there's only one backup we keep for 1 month), or you may request Customer Support do so for you.
I have the exact same problem. Everything is missing except passwords. I lost all my notes. The troubleshooting steps did not help. I cannot tell you the exact date when the notes disappeared. But I know for sure that I used at least on of them in early March 2025.
Reverting back to a save point did not work either.
But here is what I did to get my notes back (thanks to my husband):
I logged into LastPass via web extension on my husband's computer. On his computer, everything was still in place. I exported everything (csv file) and imported it on my current laptop. I chose only the missing elements for importing.
Quick fix, worked easily and quickly.
i ahve been using last pass for YEARS and this is the first time this has happened. they are GONE in chrome but not in Edge. i don't get it
Try to log-in on another computer. Export your passwords and notes, import them on you main computer. In my case, this was the solution. After importing the missing entries reappeared so that I had them twice: The original entries and the imported ones. I deleted the imported entries and were fine again.
It is annoying but at least you can get your entries back.
Same thing happened to me this morning. They were gone in Firefox but present in Chrome. I was in the process of cut/pasting them from Chrome into Firefox, and suddenly they all reappeared...
Found them missing in Firefox but they are still present in Chrome. I almost got a heart attack !!
From the testing we have completed, this issue is likely tied to the local browser cache. Please attempt to clear this cache completely, then log back into LastPass to confirm if all Vault contents return to normal.
I have the same problem in Firefox. Clearing my browser cache and logging back in did NOT work. This is a Firefox specific issue. All of my secure notes are available in Chrome and on the mobile app.
