How do I reset my Master Password after having to log onto LP using a onetime password?

Question

Somehow, I carelessly messed up my Master Password and had to log in using a onetime password.  I was able to log in using a onetime password but have been unable to change my Master Password.  I try using the just used Master Password and entered & re-entered a new one but get a something happened, try again or look for an incoming email.  I'm running out of onetime passwords with only a couple left.

I exported a csv file for safety, but it was an empty file.

Any ideas on how to get out of this conundrum?

Didn't work.  Gave up and got another free LP on a different email. Thanx anyway.

When you reach the point of entering the OTP and LastPass has accepted it as valid, you would then click "Go to vault", and when prompted, select "Change master password".
