Unable to login or reset master password

Hello Lastpass Team,

I am unable to login into lastpass somehow it is not accepting the password or sending me the email. I tried multiple options to recover my accounts but I am getting error that try at a browser with Lastpass extension. I removed the extension and installed it again, still it is unable to find the extension.

I have my MFA device with me but of no help as I don't see an option to reset my Master password.

Please help.

I'm sorry you are experiencing issues to access the vault, I've noticed you have tried to access several times, however, the master password you are entering is incorrect, therefore, no email will be sent.

As being a free account, you'd use the only recovery method in the account.The recovery process works with cache stored in the extension, as you have removed it, you cleared the recovery keys that allows you to use reset the master password.

In this case, in order to access, you must type the correct master password.

But it wasn’t accepting the same. Plus I was not able to recover the same because it was not able to detect my extension. I had extension at two browsers Firefox and chrome, Firefox I removed but chrome it is still there but it doesn detect.

How to recover my account now?

Team,

I have reviewed my emails and I never changed my password of LastPass. It's still the same that I had before and I am entering the same. I feel that it's an issue from lastpass side that is blocking me from login into LastPass. It could be because of some recent upgrade that was done in the month of June or after the breach. I need help on this.

and if we decide to pay for our account, does it open possibility to recover our password? wait! i can login so how can i buy a subscription? as a developper, i often cleared my cache. How can this way of handling password recovery can be a good idea?
