Unable to Login to Last Pass

Question

Hello,

I am unable to access my lastpass account. I have tried for some months on and off to just try every password that I thought it would be but I've had no luck. I tried the account recovery but it would detect the Last Pass extension on my chrome I tried to reinstall the extension still didn't do it. Now that I am on a new laptop I would like to get this sorted. Any help is much appreciated.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with recovering your account. For account recovery to work, you need to use the same browser with the extension installed. If you reinstalled the browser, reinstalled the extension, use a different browser or computer or have cleared the cookies and cache, then it will definitely not work.

If no other options to recover account are available, the only option left is to reset the account. This deletes all items in your vault but allows to setup a new Master Password.

Same thing here. and the recovery password link send to me is always expired. When a request for help, never receive an email or reception for my help "ticket"... then..... how can we have support???
