How to cancel auto-renewal for LastPass TEAMS

Hello,

I have been searching for how to cancel my autorenewal for LastPass TEAMS. I keep getting pointing to ways to turn if off if I am using a different type of LastPass, and it is of no help to me.

Furthermore, how do I REDUCE the number of licenses I am paying for? In the unlikely event I decide to renew.

I use other software where I purchase and assign licenses and it is nowhere near as difficult to reduce the number of licenses. LastPass has turned me off to their company by creating a maze when trying to accomplish the above two tasks.

Under "Team Account", I can see my number of licenses and that the autorenewal is on. Seems like one logical location to allow a user to reduce the number of licenses or cancel auto-renewal. But no, not there. I have had to search through articles and I still am not finding the answer because the answer I do find are not for LastPass Teams.

Choose Billing from the Case Reason option and leave notes on what you are trying to do for one of our billing representatives to assist you.

Having the same problem (for Team account). The inability to adjust auto-renew as a simple self-serve action feels intentional. And the Support Center is conspicuously absent of direct help. Unimpressed. Deleting our account.

Hello, I too am continuing to have this problem to cancel my subscription. There is an endless loop of customer support pages and tickets that do not work. Under your terms and conditions I am providing written notice that I am closing my account. As I am logged in, you have my contact details. I am cancelling a business Teams Account and you have no allowed a feasible way to cancel. It's quite digusting LastPass.

Agreed. Canceling a Teams subscription shouldn't take hours of finding customer support.

As per instructions. "To cancel auto-renewal inLastPass BusinessorLastPass Teams, contactLastPass Support. If you change your mind later, you can turn auto-renewal back on at the above place." BUT WHERE DO YOU FIND THE RIGHT CONTACT SUPPORT EMAIL?

Ridiculous.

Please provide an email to get this entire account canceled. Account status shows LastPass expires 12/19.24, but hidden I found team that is still active. I don't even want the FREE version. LassPass Account LastPass Teams

Chiming in re: the hideous state of affairs re: LastPass Teams license reduction/cancellation. I've had two cases open for 4 days. No response. And there's no option to phone. No option to chat. At this point, I cannot wait to charge back any renewal which charges me for more licenses than the number currently assigned to my team.
