I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. You are on a free account which can only use one kind of device at the same time (PC or mobile). Free accounts can only switch to a different kind of device 3 times and after that the last device type will remain. I have added an additional device switch as a courtesy to your account so you can switch back to PC. However, you will no longer be able to use mobile unless you upgrade to premium.
