Credit card was debited even though I cancelled account

I cancelled my account on the 3rd May, however I just got debited from my bank account $491.42.

How does this happen?

I am also having same issue. I cancelled our family membership around February and just saw a bill for $48 on my credit card. I can no longer login to LastPass since I closed the account and wiped everything out. Please help.
