Hi,
I go through the account recovery page - it says an email has been sent. But no email ever arrives. Tried repeatedly over a couple of weeks. Still nothing.
Note: never had a problem receiving emails from anyone. And have already whitelisted lastpass and logmein domains.
Support haven't been able to help (their emails arrive just fine!) "nothing we can do" - gee, thanks support!
So... anyone else experiencing this?
Are emails just failing to be sent? Or is there a reason they are not sent even when it says they are?
