LastPass offers MFA integrations for all account types to confirm your ID using a trusted device with the authentication app or similar function.
If you're using a trusted device/location, then there should be no email verification necessary. You may also set a security email address within your online account settings that is different from your login email in order to receive any new verification requests.
These functions will ensure your account data is secure, though you should also consider regularly updating the account password and make certain the same password is not used for any other sites that may be vulnerable to attack.
