2FA no longer working

Hi,

Recently got a new device with a new phone number and im having trouble logging into my account.

I have tried everything and nothing is seeming to work. Ive even tried finding a support chat specifically to solve this issue but i have not been successful.

The issue is I cant access my old phone number to get past the 2FA, also the authenticator app is not signed in on my new device.

Is there any way i can get a 1 time password through my email or even bypass the the 2FA so i can change my number.

Please help me ASAP

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Do you still have the old phone with you? The app should still work on it. However, if you don't have access to the old phone you can submit a support case by using the"Request help logging in" link found on this article.

You will receive an email with a link to answer a few questions about your account, after that please wait for a support representative to contact you. Please be sure to answer the questions on the link as the case is not fully created until you do.
