Recently lost access to shared folders,My co-workers are able to see shared folders and I am able to see them on iOS devices,just not PC.
I did the suggested and still no Shared Folders showing. I’m not even seeing them in the web version of LastPass….but I am seeing them in my iOS device

Could you please clean your internet browser (cookies and cache), log in to your LastPass account again, and try to replicate the issue?
In case you are still getting the same scenario, please remove the LastPass extension from your internet browser, and in case you have any other extension installed, please try to turn them off. Once that is done, clean your internet browser again, reinstall the LastPass extension, and try again.

Please try this on the web version of LastPass: From the browser extension, select theAccounttab, then go toFix a problem yourself>Refresh your vault.
Does not work, shared folders only seem to appear within IOS devices attached, nothing on Windows/Web Browser or plug in.
