Welcome to the LastPass Community. We apologize in advance for the issues you have been experiencing using your LastPass account.
I checked your account along with the logs, and on 02/28/2026 we sent you a login verification email, it shows you received it and opened the email and you were able to verify the device/location. All you had to do was log in again with the same master password you were using when you received the login verification email. Please log into your LastPass account again using the new master password you changed on 02/28/2026 and you will regain access to your LastPass vault as we have already approved the multiple IP addresses from where you were trying to login from.
