Welcome to the LastPass Community.

please let's try to follow the steps below:

1. Make a single click over the LastPass extension
2. Go to Account (Bottom right corner)
3. Click on Fix a problem yourself
4. Then click on Refresh your vault.

This should update your vault automatically.

Also using the mobile up,you only must access your vault, swipe down to update the information.
