Welcome to the LastPass Community.

If LastPass is unable to differentiate between the two sets of credentials, and this is a standard website autofill form, then I'd suggest copying both logins before deleting them from your Vault and recreating them again at the Quickbooks sign in page by using the LastPass extension to automatically save.
