I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. You can export directly from your vault following the steps on this article, or by using the browser extension following these steps.
However, you are only able to export the items in your vault and from shared folders on which you are an administrator. To export the vaults of the other members of the family group, they will have to do it from their accounts.
