Follow up question about deleted account (continued below)

Hello, I posted a question here on the 29th October about my original Lastpass account that just been deleted that week with only a few weeks notice (this account that I'm posting from now was set up in order to post this question in this forum).

As I mentioned then, this doesn't seem reasonable for even a free account - but apparently Lastpass keeps user data for up to 3 months post-deletion, so it should be possible to recover, or at least get a copy of the data from that account? Someone from Lastpass did reply to my original question but assumed I had wiped the old account by re-registering (however, this question was posted under a separate account created in order to post in this forum)Thanks

I'm afraid this is the way we handle Free accounts where no login has been detected for over 1 year, which complies with data security regulations in many geo locations.

Regarding the request to recover an account post-deletion, please use the 'Request help' button within a recovery article to create a support request. If you don't hear back from Customer Support within 72 hours, come back here with the case number to reference so we can take a closer look.
