Paid Subscriber But Showing as "Free User"

This seems to be a bug that has persisted since 2021, as I've seen others post about it.

I'm a paid subscriber. But in the upper righthand corner by my user name it reads, "Free User".

Is this supposed to mean something else? It makes me think I'm not a paid subscriber.
