I'm a premium user of LastPass and signed up with an email address that I no longer have access to -- the domain is no longer registered as the business is closed. So no, I can't just "reset the password" for it.
Today, I tried logging in (which was successful as I do remember my master password) but when prompted to reset my LastPass Authenticator was told to verify my account using that defunct email. There is literally no other option and the joke is that I can't even login to chat with support because it keeps asking me to verify that stupid email address despite having my master password, app opened on my phone, and phone number associated with the account.
I have tried everything. I can't change the email address on the phone app. I need a phone number.
This is ridiculous.
