Passwordless requires "Password"...why?

When I'm setup for passwordless access, it seems like I often putting in passwords.I just did it again in Chrome, had to put in a password, then it used Windows Hello Face Recon to give access to the vault.Isn't passwordless supposed to eliminate the master password and jump straight to WinHello or an authenticator app. That's how Microsoft does it. Works great.

Please help. I would like to never have a master password again if possible. Thanks

I am sorry about the issues you are having with the Passwordless login. Currently, our records show that you don't have passwordless login enabled. When enabling Passwordless, you will continue to have a Master Password as it only works on the device where you enable it. On other devices, you will still need to login using a Master Password.

Master Password re-prompt also only works with Master Password at this time and will not ask to use your fingerprint or face ID.
