Deleted Account, Still Being Billed, Canot Login to Support As I deleted my Account.

Hello,

I haven't used lastpass for several months now. Three weeks ago I got a renewal reminder and so I logged in and deleted my account.

Now I found you have charged me despute me deleting my entire account, and not using the software, nor wanting it.

Can you please look into reversing the payment so I don't have to go through my credit card.

I am sorry about the issues you have with the charge on your card. I searched for an account with your email but I do see that no records could be found with it anymore. As the account has been deleted the best course of action would be to dispute the charge with your bank as this will also block the card for any future charges so it does not happen again.

Once again, I am sorry for this situation. If you handled the deletion process through a customer support ticket, please send the ticket number through a private message to verify how it was handled and share the feedback.

I have the same issue. Deleted the account months ago but my credit card was billed a few days ago.

Sorry to hear some people are having the same issue as me. I have raised an appeal with my bank.

They are asking for proof that I deleted my account. So if you are in the same position, make sure you video the screen or something when you delete your account so it's easy to prove, and feel free to update here. Best of luck,

I just deleted my account today even though it was renewed in February. I'm concerned about the issues in this thread.

I have the same issue (deleted account and billed for annual subscription) and have been unable to log a ticket since you need an account to log a ticket.

Is there no way to resolve this amicably via the LP billing dept?

I'm having the same issue. I have a business account & discontinued it several months ago, yet I just got a renewal auto-pay charge. I'd like this charge removed & discontinue autopay.

For anyone wondering, I believe I have gotten this taken care of for my account. They showed my account to be deleted but yet active.

The phone number I called was 1-866-890-6809. Select option 3/billing I believe and enter a bogus ticket number. You will "eventually" get someone to talk to.
