When I export my vault data, the downloaded csv file is blank - why?

Hello,

There are two ways to export the file, so if one fails, you may be able to try the alternate:

1. From the LastPass extension's Menu options: Fix a problem yourself>Export vault items>Export data for use anywhere.
2. From the vault view at lastpass.com: Advanced Options>Export.

If both are having issues, then you might try a private browsing window or alternate web browser.
