How the hell can I get my passwords without buying subscription ?

I am trying to log in lastpass with my computer, I have successfully logged but can't see the passwords. It's saying I have 0 switches left and can only view on the last time logged phone. But alas i have lost my phone,so I have purchased a new phone. Now,I can't see passwords in both of my new phone or laptop.
