Same problem here.  I'm using a Lenovo desktop and Firefox.  None of my tiles work when I click on them.  However, if I go to the website -- not thru LP-- the LP info in there for me to use to

logon to the site.

i was able to click on lastpass icon in upper right hand corner, then click on account, then click on fix problem yourself then click on refresh vault then clear local data, then restart computer.
