I'm having the same issue.
lastpass account works great if it is set up. customer service is a joke when something doesn't work. For example: trying to sign up a new Family account when you have premium via apple store (links don't work). Get this message from lastpass web form, even when it is filled out correctly:
"Something doesn't look right. Please check that you've entered everything correctly."
