No push notifications with LastPass Authenticator

I've just enabled Lastpass passwordless login via the authenticator app. However when I choose to log in to my lastpass account, I don't get a push request in the app. I have to instead choose to enter the code from the app. Any ideas how I troubleshoot? I'm logging in on chrome (windows), and app is on an android phone. They're obviously 'paired' since the code works.

I'm sorry, that is not the expected behavior.

Can you try disabling, then re-enabling the LastPass Authenticator to see if that improves the performance?

I've been having the same issue for around a week now, though I'm on iOS. Its extremely frustrating.

I'm having the exact same issue, but disabling/re-enabling isn't working. I've also checked that notifications are enabled for the Authenticator app.

@ben-calc-i Can you please confirm that the Authenticator is currently running version 2.6.2 ? If not, can you update then test again?

Hi, tried that trick of disabling and enabling and it didn't change anything, I still have no push notifications in my iOS device. Version is 2.6.4.1644
