stuck in 2fa setup loop

Question

Every time I try logging in I get asked to set up 2fa.

Google authenticator now has 7 lastpass entries.

I tried disabling 2fa at login and had an email saying that it is disabled.

When I try logging in it starts with the setup 2fa but after scanning the QR code it does not give me the option to verify the code.

So I am unable login.

I'm sorry for the bad experience, I've noticed the Google Authenticator is no longer enabled in the account, however, you still have LastPass as a secondary authenticator enabled. If you have the app in your mobile device, try to access with the code, otherwise, it needs to be removed for you to access and setup your Google Authenticator as usual. I've noticed you have submitted your case with tech support, they'll be working on it.
