I have tried multiple times to recover my password and I'm not receiving the recovery emails. I tried a few weeks ago and didn't receive the email either.

I have been trying to recover my wifes "LastPass" password(dkaladar@hotmail.com her email).
We receive the "LastPass: Forgotten master password" email.
Then we continue with the "LastPass account recovery request".but we never receive an email to continue the procedure.
Any solution about that?????????
