Thank you. Did all of this multiple times with no difference in results. I was able to log in and view vault on Chrome which does me absolutely no good because I don't use it except for one application that insists I use Chrome and all other the sites for which I would need to log in using my credentials are used and saved in Firefox. It appears to be an issue with Firefox on LastPass end?
Also, the instruction options I quoted above for syncing the vault don't appear even when I am logged in and viewing the vault on Chrome. That is clearly an issue with incorrect instructions. If you can provide a workable way to resync I might be able to fix this myself.

Could you please clean your internet browser (cookies and cache), log in to your LastPass account again, and try to replicate the issue?
In case you are still getting the same scenario, please remove the LastPass extension from your internet browser, and in case you have any other extension installed, please try to turn them off. Once that is done, clean your internet browser again, reinstall the LastPass extension, and try again.
