I received an email that a response was sent to me through LastPass but I cannot login. I request a refund for the annual fee (charged Aug 28) and to have my LastPass account closed and auto-renewal turned off so this doesn't happen again.

Hi Karol, I sent a private message to you with both my email and an alternate email. I also received an email that 'Your Last Pass Families account has expired'. I don't know if that related. Can you provide confirmation my LastPass account has been closed and that I will receivea refund for the annual fee (charged Aug 28).
I was just charged on my expense account for another renewal and I cancelled our Business account in late January 2023 and closed everything out. I have no access to log in or access our account. I also did not get any email stating this was being renewed or charged.
I want a refund and make sure this does not happen next year.
How do I get this fully resolved and a refund?
