Most passwords went missing

Question

I got disconnected from the corporate license and was switched to "free plan". I was going to upgrade personally, even purchase family plan. But when I looked into my vault - I got most of my passwords missing! Did it happen because of the license withdrawal or not - I don't know, maybe they got missing before that, but everything was fine (afaik) couple days ago.

I found some of those passwords in "recently deleted" (I did not delete those), but not all of them.

I have no idea what happened. But now I'm honestly considering not upgrading and switching to some other password service. That is to say, if I will be able to restore the passwords.

Such a crazy situation - when you trust a service to store valuable info and it just fails you one day...

I tried syncing vault, clearing local cache, logging in from other devices where I was logged in before (although it's hard with free license limitations) - all the same. It's stupid that I have to (?) purchase a license to at least contact the support just to understand if I even want to purchase a license after all that

In log I have a bunch of entries like "FilePersistenceService - File removal failed: “XYZ” couldn’t be removed."

and then whole lot more like "ERROR READING FILE /private/var/mobile/Containers/Shared/AppGroup/.../LastPass/LPIconsV2/XYZ Error The file “XYZ” couldn’t be opened because there is no such file."
