Welcome to the LastPass Community.

If you change the login credentials at the site's login page, LastPass should offer to add those to your Vault.

Alternatively you can go into your online Vault to add the new set of credentials for the same site.  When logging into that site afterwards there will be a list of available stored credentials for that specific URL.
