I wanted to bring to your attention that when confirmation mails for forgot password recovery fail repeatedly to reach a free user, that user enters in an endless loop of "support" going from the knowledge base and then to the community (as advised on the Help page), where they are required to log in, although the issue was exactly that!
And when the free user gets desperate from the very many tries to get an email from LastPass and contacts you directly by email, you reply with an automated message telling them to go back and do again what they have already done repeatedly, because they are free users and can't have someone from the support help them.
The only solution you practically offer is that they get a premium account in order to have personal support and be able to get their account back.
If I hadn't been using LastPass for so long and been satisfied with it, I would have considered the whole thing as a scam (either you pay us or you don't get access to your vault).
Or do you have an actual solution for a free user to get back his account (when confirmation emails fail) without having to pay for premium?
