Can't update billing info

Hi everyone,

I want to update my billing info because LP have cancelled my paypal. I'm trying for like a week and the only response I get is 'could not save information, try again later'. How much later I have to wait? Especially for something as crucial as billing...

I apologize for the billing errors there.

After reviewing your LastPass account, we found a conflict with the custom rate you've been paying for the last renewals. This rate will continue for the next renewal as a courtesy, but we'll need to update your billing address manually before you can update the credit card.

In this case, please click my Community name in order to send private message with your new billing address. Please do not include any of the actual credit information --- just the address.
