Can't access authenticator app and I'm locked out

It has been more than 10 hours since I've been trying to get into my LastPass account, which I can't access because I accidentally deleted my authenticator app from my phone. I'm not in the USA.

When I try using my computer to get into my account, I'm asked to go to authenticator app. I don't see any options to bypass the authenticator app. I'm a subscriber, not a free user, and I don't see any option to get real-time help. I created a ticket for support twice but have not received any email. I don't understand why bypassing the authenticator app has been made so difficult for those who remember their master password.

I had this issue it began 7/22 an ended around 8/24 RIDICULOUS right!! The one thing that helped me the most was I went back on facebook and send them an im. You can scream until you are hoarse in here. Or put those requests that get answered 48 hrs later, I would answer......and nothing until I would get a notice saying they were going to shut my case bc they had not heard from me......aarrgghh I answered those questions over and over. I hope it is easier for you. Bare in mind at one point I had 6 requests at the same time-a big 0 x 6. And that's not counting the first 3.
