It told me settings were preventing me, but I cannot log in to get settings
The link you sent asks for a verification code off my computer, but it does not show up. I am logged into LP there.
I was finally able to do it through another device but do not have the Authenticator on my new phone. How do I get that?

Hi there.
If you are able to log into lastpass.com in order to disable the Authenticator, you may then install LastPass on your new device and sync it with your account.
If you cannot do this, you may utilize the 'Request help' button within this support article to raise a support request via email.
