I'm having the same issue. I can login to my account using my password, but when I get the prompt while trying to login to a site, I get an error that the password is wrong.
Same problem here - getting very frustrated trying to access by bank accounts.
Not that this is a viable solution for all, but I just switched from using Chrome browser to using Microsoft Edge and am no longer having any issues.
Logging into the vault and launching from there is my current workaround. I hope this fixed soon.
Same problem here, using Chrome and already cleared my cookies.
Clear your cookies. then it will work.
